Why I love working at CH: I really like being able to help my team based on my experiences. I enjoy coaching them through the sales and rental processes, especially the newer agents that are coming into real estate wet behind the ears and not knowing what to expect. Letting them know I was in their position and that it’s possible to be successful.
What makes my neighborhood unique: Williamsburg is a true reflection of the meaning of prime: the best quality, an easy commute to Manhattan (and other areas of Brooklyn and Queens), and incredible cultural offerings like galleries, restaurants, hotels, and retail. Combine all this with its many housing offerings and it’s easy to see why Williamsburg is considered a prime location.
Favorite Williamsburg spot: Antica Pesa for authentic Roman cuisine (Patrizia’s of Williamsburg is a close 2nd!)

Why I love working at CH: The family dynamic makes Citi Habitats an amazing company to work for. Having been here 10 years, the growth is unimaginable and I’m honored to work beside so many great managers and agents and help them grow their careers. The Greenpoint office is a boutique office with 30 agents—kind of a mom and pop shop with a big name attached to it. My agents are the heart of the company and whatever I can do to help them succeed I will.
What makes my neighborhood unique: Greenpoint brings together old-school charm and new age flair. There are shops that have been around for 30+ years, cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops, plus two parks—McCarren and McGolrick—which have tons of great events throughout the year.
Favorite Greenpoint spot: Odd Fox Coffee (right next to the office!)

Why I love working at CH: As Senior Managing Director, I am afforded the opportunity to teach and mentor. To me, that means fostering direct, supportive relationships with my agents. I hope to give my agents ownership of their learning and a reason to come to the office each day.
What makes my neighborhood unique: Cobble Hill is a juxtaposition of generations-old family-run stores and businesses side-by-side with trendy new shops, restaurants, and cafés, all the while showcasing some of the borough’s most expensive real estate. Yet despite the seven-figure townhouses, there is a small town vibe that is ever-present.
Favorite Cobble Hill spot: RetroFret, a vintage guitar shop that specializing in rare, collectors’ guitars.

Why I love working at CH: I love having the ability to manage a small boutique office that offers a collaborative, family-style culture while having the backing, resources, and technology of a large company.
What makes my neighborhood unique: Bed-Stuy has become a true melting pot, we see people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. It also has a very strong and inclusive community—everyone says hello or good morning to each other walking down the street, and neighbors really look after each other.
Favorite Bed-Stuy spot: Peaches, duh.
